What's covered

• Any JockShock product — the 32 oz Starter, the 3-Bottle Athlete Pack, or the 6-Bottle Team Pack.
• Returns requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Product must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging. (Because JockShock is a sprayable consumable, opened or used bottles can't be resold and aren't eligible — except in the damaged / wrong-item case below.)

How to start a return

1. Email hello@jockshockspray.com (or call 800-608-3755) with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send a return address. Ship the unused, unopened product back to us — return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, for the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — including any shipping you paid. Please include a photo if the product arrived damaged.
