Products & pricing

We do our best to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, change prices, or limit quantities at any time, and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price (we'll refund you in full if we do). Product images are for illustration.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Product use

JockShock is an equipment and gear deodorizer intended for use on athletic gear and surfaces as described on the product. Follow the label directions. It is not a drug, medical device, or treatment for any condition.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The JockShock name, logo, content, and site design are owned by Southland Organics and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JockShock and Southland Organics are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
