Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your location. These are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed delivery dates.

Carriers & cost

Orders of 3 bottles or more ship free to the 48 contiguous states — that includes the Athlete Pack, the Team Pack, and any combination totaling $59.99 or more.

On single bottles, we ship via USPS and UPS and the cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your cart and destination.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a US territory, email us at hello@jockshockspray.com and we'll see what we can do.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking stalls, your order is late, or it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@jockshockspray.com or 800-608-3755 and we'll make it right. See our returns & refunds policy for damaged or incorrect items.
